We provide a comprehensive cost-to-build spreadsheet and clearly document the scope of work in the contract. Upgrades are outlined with clear pricing and all change orders are agreed upon in writing.

We use a cost-plus pricing model, applying a percentage-based fee—typically 15–25%—to the actual build cost. It’s all clearly defined in your contract.
Who will be managing my project day-to-day?
We assign a dedicated superintendent or project manager to oversee your build and ensure communication, scheduling, and quality remain top-notch.
What is your process for a new construction project?
We walk you through each phase of construction using a customized checklist—from permitting to framing to final walkthrough.
What type of warranty do you offer on the home and materials?
We offer a 12-month warranty on workmanship and a one-time cosmetic review. Manufacturer warranties apply to major systems and appliances.
